Most western education trains us to look back on a scheduled basis and evaluate how we have done so far. This process is healthy for assessing past work, but is practically useless for ensuring ongoing improvement.

Now, with the new year ahead of me and that crazy ride behind me, I am reclaiming some of the things I gave up to accommodate my life. I don’t see you benefitting from the knitting much (though my hats have a lot more value here than in our last residence), but I hope you will join me as I resume the ‘almost daily’ business blog.
